Feature Request: Sku and Retail Price visible / changeable when receiving Purchase Order

I would love to be able to see the retail price and the sku along with the wholesale cost of goods and quantity ordered when checking in a purchase order.  Sometime products come in with a new sku, and we need to be able to make that adjustment when checking items in.  Also, in our small store we receive and price each box as it's received, so being able to see the retail price while checking in would be handy.  Right now we have to exit out, or use a different square stand to check the price.  Also consider that some products have sku changes and that we need to keep the existing stock with the old sku and have the new stock with the new sku and qty, so perhaps an option to add an item variation right in the PO window?

We'd also really like to be able to see qty ordered and qty received in column format for a PO.  For small orders it works to check everything in at once, but for large orders with many skus, we're often checking in items in between customers so need a way to see where we left off, what has already been checked in, etc.

Totally agree, especially in today's volatile market: streamlining the price update process during purchase order receiving would save time and reduce errors.  And, dang: wouldn't it be nice if the screen automatically calculated the profit per item for you?  If we're talking crazy, what if we had a 'default' profit margin set for a vendor and square 'suggested' the retail price based on cost?

I can totally see the need for a feature like this and how beneficial it could be for sellers. I'll be happy to move this over to a feature request board so that our engineers have visibility of your suggestion for profit per item. Or have a way that when we fill in the Cost per Piece Square Calculates a Sale Price suggestion based on Margins or % that we fill in.  This way say if we charge 25% margin from our cost, then Square lists a suggested Sale Price of $1.25 on an item that costs a $1.  This way when we get new products we have a suggested retail price without calculating it every time and going to other screens to adjust the sales price.

I think this is a great feature request. I searched on the Ideate Board and I am not currently seeing a request like this. I suggest submitting one. We will monitor the feature request and update accordingly. Thank you again for this great suggestion.
