Trouble shooting was absolutely no help; support couldn’t even be reached via phone or chat. I had to search and search and search snd I still haven’t been able to fix it all. This is an issue we shouldn’t be having. I managed to get safari to works. However if they are using google i can not get it fixed.

What I found that helped with safari was to changes preferences to allow third party... google I had no luck... make sure that you have everything updated... it is very ridiculous to have an online store and not be able to sell anything. This of all things shouldn’t be an issue. I was unable to get any support at all from square or the weebly team who handle support, which is also ridiculous.

I am having the same problem, and so are my users. Using an up-to-date Chrome browser, I cannot add anything to my cart (and neither can my customers!!). It works in FireFox (for me). But I have see others having problems with FireFox. This is ridiculous. It's the most basic function of an online store.
