I bought the Star TSP143 IV (TSP100SK) from the square store because it supposedly supports 40mm Sticky labels, and some folks seem to have 40mm sticky labels working with other Star printers.
However, in Square for Restaurants on the Square Register I only see the option for 80mm and 58mm labels.
I've got 40mm sticky rolls, and the printer supports them, and apparently so does Square, so what's the deal?

@salo, I just wanted to confirm. Our Advanced Support team has verified that our team is aware of this, and a fix is scheduled to be implemented with app version 6.42.
I appreciate your time and patience.
Thanks, this is now fixed on our register using App version 6.44

I'm still looking into this, but I'm assuming it has to do with the printer model. I'm not seeing it as a compatible device with Square Register here.
If you have a direct link to a comment made by another Seller saying it does work for the 40mm option with this particular model, please feel free to link us to it, so we can double-check with the team.

Sorry, I read the model number off of the front of the machine, which I guess is the series and not the exact model number. I'll correct the post. It's the TSP143 IV. I bought it from the official Square Store where it says it's compatible with the Square Register and 40mm paper.

Hey, we now have the version 6.42, but the square setting still only has options for 80mm and 58mm widths. Did the 40mm feature get pushed? Thanks
Hello RobynR, this bug is unfortunately still not fixed, even with the latest software.
