Printer Failure
Hi all.. I have Square for Restaurants and find that every now and again the till register receipts do not print. The printers are connected via ethernet and we use ipads and the register to take orders. Can anyone shine any light on this please.

We have a list of troubleshooting steps available on our support center that are known to diagnose and resolve common connectivity issues with 3rd-party hardware, such as printers.
Let me know how you get on with those steps. If they don't resolve the issue, I'd be happy to take another look into it.

Hi Still no Joy, Im led to believe there's an inherent issue with square for restaurant reference this..? WE need to get a resolution as its costing us in comps as customer orders are getting delayed..
