Tips not importing when running payroll

For the last 2 payroll cycles, tips have not been importing at all.  I've had to manually calculate for each of my 10 employees which takes up a lot of extra time.  When will this issue be fixed??  Anyone else experiencing the same??

So long as you have Tip Importing enabled in your Payroll settings, your tips should be included.  It's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account with you.

I'm sorry to say this, but it's not Tips are enabled and they are NOT included.  Everything points to Enabling Tips.  Problems still exists.
