Questions on Payroll Reporting

hi when i am running payroll report for the current pay period it is showing me the information of the previous pay period.

My pay period is biweekly Monday to Sun and i write manual check on Monday. 

I have set up pay frequency every other week

I called 3 times to square payroll and they are not able to help me out.
