I recently resigned from a position and had 32 hours of PTO that I never used. I was told that those hours would be paid out through Square after my employer removed me from their payroll system.
This was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my check. Did I misunderstand or do I need to call someone?

Hey @PawsatHome96. This is a question that only your employer can answer. PTO hours are tracked by Square, but if you are to be paid for the balance it is up to your employer to run a payroll that pays you for them. Square can not pay you without explicit direction from your employer.
