Hi @whagerty

When you run payroll, there is a column to enter sick hours. If you do not see this column, make sure that you have sick pay enabled in the settings, and also make sure that you have sick pay enabled for the staff members that you need to add sick pay for.

In your dashboard,

Go to payroll->Settings

Scroll down and set track sick leave for new employees to enabled and fill in your settings

Then for the team members that you are enabling sick pay for,

Go to Team->Team Members

Click on the team member that you need to enable sick pay for.  Then click the payroll tab, and choose Employment option.

Once this opens,

Scroll down and enable Track sick leave.

Then when you go to Payroll->Run payroll, you have the ability to add the sick pay column to your payroll run and it will be there continuously going forward once you've set it to be visible.

On your payroll run screen you'll see a little blue circle with a plus sign in it to add more columns as shown here...
