I Forgot My Login of Online Store?

Hello! I recently launched my online store through SwiftStart Agency, but I seem to have forgotten my login credentials. Can you help me understand the process to recover my password and regain access to my account?

@elizabethturner First, let me make sure you are in the right place and not talking about squarespace versus square point of sale system.  I am not familiar with a vendor called SwiftStart in our community before.

If it is a log in to square, got to www.squareup.com/login and there is a forgot password to click and put in your e-mail address and follow the procedure from there.  I do doubt, unless you gave them all the banking information and personal verification, that you will have access to any square account like that, but that is the procedure.
