I woke up this morning and my email address had been changed (not by me). There is not an easy way to get help. I tried to access the website to get a phone number, and it made me create a new account, but the phone lines are closed for the weekend. I tried emailed the help desk and security, but have not received responses. I am panicking, because some Joe Schmo has my bank information and customer listing at his fingertips. I send out invoices at the beginning of each month, and god only knows what is being done in my name. Please help if you have any suggestions!

First things first,
I have both written and proof of signature & hardcopy receipt for this. This man is a fraud and a liar and I'm just now learning this about him. I did services even after this one job and he STILL owes me $1200.00. This case in a court of law will for sure be in my favor. Henceforth, I won't be in need of your services since I was given adequate time to respond.

@Pbarber I'm not sure what you're needing from us on our end, but it sounds like you're in the middle of a payment dispute with one of your customers? Did you make sure the information you received was in fact from Square and not a phishing email like the other examples in this thread?
If so, our Disputes Team should be able to handle everything on your behalf to try and make sure you keep your funds.
Check out this existing thread on the payment dispute process:
Who fights for us when customers dispute the invoice & did not hold up on his/her end?!

In the past two days I have received what appears to be phishing attempt that are disguised as Square correspondence. I have not clicked on these as I am pretty certain they are not legit. Who do I forward these to in order for them to be investigated?
