Below are the basic generic steps - understand that the volunteer Community Members are not the same as Customer or Tech Support - we cannot look at how your Account is setup or any other additional details.  We don't really have enough info about your plans other than you want to sell an item via a link.   If not done already, you need to consider if Sales Tax is necessary, a Shipping Profile is necessary, if the item is physical or digital, if you need just a URL Link, QR Code, or something else, if Inventory is necessary and if a photo is necessary.  Additionally, the link is basically a Buy Now type transaction - there's no Shopping Cart - it's just select the item and pay.

Login to your Square Account

On the main Dashboard page

Select Items & Orders

Select Items

Select Create Item

On the Create Item Page

Complete the Item Details Page

* For Categorization - select Virtual Shop

Finish the Item Details

At the bottom - Enable Online Checkout

Create Payment Link - Enable it

Select "Save" - must be done to see the options for creating the Link

In the pop-up - Share Your Payment Link

There you can choose the type of Link you need.
