I tried to sign up for my card reader and it's wanting  $10.00.  I don't have $10.00 right now and it's supposed to be free.  I need it asap but there are no stores here to purchase one.  I'm at a loss.

Hey there!

I would suggest reaching out to customer support and talking to someone directly. I'm not sure if they're still there today though. 

In the meantime you could always enter the card information manually but you'll pay a bit more in fees. 

I'm pretty sure I have an extra magstripe reader laying around. I'd be happy to ship it to you if I do! Let me know if you don't get anywhere with customer service. Send me a message thru here so I get an email about it.
