Hey @Earthshiner.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

I looked into this for you, and confirmed with our Account Services team that we do not allow the sale of Kratom. It is considered a prohibited good/service.

Thanks for checking in, and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello! Where in the prohibited goods does it specifically state that Kratom tea is prohibited?

Hi @VeganskinGal👋 It's technically nestled under "Any illegal activity or goods."

Hi, can you confirm if it would be any issue to accept payments for sale of kratom tea in the Mexican republic? Per review of your most recent terms it is not a prohibited item but we just want to confirm as we are doing initial diligence of expanding into this new market / product and are looking for the right partner.

Kratom is 100% legal in the Mexican republic and all 32 of its states.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Isabelle. I'm curious why it's prohibited.  After looking at the prohibited list I noticed it doesn't fall under any of the categories. I wonder if I can get some clarification on the reasons why it's prohibited.
