Round-up option for non-profit donation

Square, please add this right away.  I have been asking you all for this for literally years (as a nonprofit ourselves, we would like to give patrons an option to round up to donate to us), but businesses also need the option to help local charities.  When change is in short supply as it is now, this is even more important than ever.  It's undoubtedly a simple option to add, and most of your competitors have it.

Thank you for adding your voice t this Feature Request. I have actually moved this entire thread over to our Ideate Board, so our Product Team can see how long & how many sellers have been asking for something like this.

I don't have an update on this Feature Request to round up for a non-profit donation. 

It's not on the roadmap set by our Product Team, but I have merged your post to another seller who posted the same request on our Ideate Board.

@Kassi_ , Why is the process for adding the round-up feature so difficult? I can see that there have been numerous requests for this over the past 5 or more years.  Giving to non-profit organizations is something that a lot of people like to do, and this would be an easy way to help.  Even if this isn't the most requested feature, it is the right thing to do.

I agree, this is a feature that has been discussed for years. Whenever I fill out a survey for Square, I find a way to give information that a round-up feature is needed. I am not sure why it is so difficult. Is this something that can be run through the Beta process?
