Why does galaxy tab A keep disconnecting

This has recently become a very  annoying problem  reader pairs fine with othe devices Like Apple but the galaxy tab and a Samsung phone have problems

When you say it pairs well with one device but not with the other are we talking about the same exact reader @Ewefarm?
