How to remove 'Add Customer' option when Reviewing Sale

Hello,  

We use Square on our phones at sales events including Craft Fairs, Farmers Markets and Food Festivals.   

I would like to remove the 'Add Customer' prompt which comes up when 'Reviewing Sale'.    We are not going to be adding customers when checking people out so will find this extra option on the screen each time annoying.   

Is there a setting that would take care of this somewhere that I have not been able to find?
