my site says i can not start selling until i allow for pickup, what should i do?

I cannot use my physical home address for privacy and safety reasons; however, I have a virtual mailbox. But it's inconvenient because of how limited that can be for the customers. I'm on a budget and can't afford to pay much per month, so I got the virtual mailbox instead of other options. But anyway, I don't know how to start selling when my Square account says my site is incomplete because I don't know what to put for a pickup address. Any advice? I'm stuck and confused, searching for answers on Google isn't helping me.

Hello @andysbakedgoods 👋

First, I'd like to welcome you to our Seller Community. I noticed this is your first post and wanted to make sure it didn't go unnoticed.

The Community is a great place for Sellers to collaborate and help each other, so I will be tagging some Sellers who use Square Online and might have some tips for you.

In order for your Square site to start accepting orders, you will need to set up at least one fulfillment method.

I understand sharing your private home address is a concern, and like you, many Sellers use Square to process payments for home-based businesses. If your customers will be picking products up, will you meet them at a public place? Or will you provide them your address after they place an order?

You can use the address of a public place, if you'll be meeting them somewhere, or a nearby address if you will have them come to your home (like a park or store near you)

I will be happy to dig a bit more into this, but need your website address in order to do so. Also, additional details such as the type of product you'll be selling and the process to order from you/how you plan to deliver to your customers would be helpful.

Thank you.
