Why won't new items appear on website?

It seems that any new items I create in my item library are not appearing on my website.

 

They are online events, so I've tried setting them as events, which didn't work. So I tried selling them as physical goods, and also as "other," but neither of those appear either. All are marked as visible, active, for sale by my site, AND with stock available for sale -- however none actually appear on the website.

 

I created several events and sold them on my site last Spring without issues, and I'm creating these exactly the same, so I don't know why it stopped working.

 

Can anyone please give some advice?? Thank you!!

 

Does anyone have suggestions, please?

@ardenintuition  Welcome to the community, I see you stated you had visible and active selected. Do you have a fulfillment method checked? There has too be a fulfillment method for it to show up online. It’s at the bottom of the page when you edit the item. Below is a photo of the fulfillment options.

Thank you for replying. When the item type is marked as Events, or Other, then there is no fulfillment question/option available anywhere. Only when the item is marked as a Physical Good, then there is a fulfillment option. In that case, I have put it as both Shipping and Local Delivery, which matches the settings elsewhere in my account. Still, the items do not appear on my website.

@ardenintuition  I was hoping that would fix it. Here is a support page that troubleshoots items not showing up. Hopefully one of these will correct the problem.
