All Discount Codes Gone

Upon login into my site today, all my previous discounts are gone. Support chat tells me that I must have deleted them, which is asinine. I will have to try and piece together all discounts that I may have sent out in the past deal with all the complaints from codes that no longer work.

Is this really happening?

To confirm, were your discount codes initially created in the Square Online section of your Dashboard?

The Square Online coupons feature is migrating to Square Marketing. From your Square Dashboard, if you navigate to Marketing & Loyalty > Marketing > Coupons, do you see your discount codes in this section?

I’ll keep an eye out for your reply. 🙂
