Why can a customer in New Zealand not purchase through my online store?

I have a customer trying to purchase my USA product from New Zealand. She says she gets a "Shipping method missing" and it won't let her check out. I need to figure this out soon!!

Hello @BLACKBUTTERFLYK thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this issue. Do you have any International shipping profiles setup in your online site?

I think you need to first make sure you created a shipping options to ship to New Zealand, otherwise a buyer will not be able to select your items to ship.
