Unable to update stock info in Square Online, also unable to create online checkout links in Square

Hi, we were trying to add a new item today but it did not work for the past hour when I tried both ways:

 

  • Created a new item in Square Online, but unable to adjust stock info, it keeps showing this error: "We're sorry, but we weren't able to access your stock information. Please save your item and try again."

 

 

We are selling virtual services, this means we CANNOT sell any new items at the moment. 

 

Please help!

Ok, I just tried again and it worked. I hope this was just a one-time system issue and will never happen again.

Is anyone else having issues with adding items today? Items that I create in the app are not syncing to the online dashboard and vice versa. I'm also having trouble updating stock quantities. I've created and deleted many different versions of the same items today and I'm starting to get SUPER frustrated. Any help would be appreciated!

Yes!  Having troubles with stock and customers are reporting issues ordering online!
