Customers unable to reach payment screen on Square Online
Hi, it has been brought to my attention by multiple customers that they are unable to reach the payment screen after filling up their cart. One was using an ipad, and one an iphone. The first customer could not click the "next" button as it was greyed out, and the second customer received an error message with no code attached. I made a post on my facebook page asking people to try and replicate this to no avail. I'm very concerned because for every person who contacts me with this issue, there are likely 10 or more that give up and move their business to Amazon. Please help. I have screenshots of both but they are not helpful.
Is anyone else aware of this issue?

Hello @collinsandcoupe , I recently had a customer unable to see my items and I think she was using an ipad. She later tried from her desktop and was able to see my page and items. I don't have any hard info about why or what had happened. It could be an outdated browser/software issue on those devices, and I unfortunately don't have specifics to pass along.
I know is very frustrating and concerning to wonder if your site is allowing your customers to access and place an order. I don't personally have different kinds of computer/browsers to run checks or tests, but I can only hope that maybe part of Square's technical team is performing checks across multiple browsers and platforms to make sure the code is responding properly.
