Unable to set time-based restrictions on categories
When I created my categories I WAS able to set availability times, but now, for some reason, those options are "gone" and I am no longer able to adjust or even see my category(s) availability.
Further, when I create a new category, I am unable to edit it's availability.
I'm looking in the Online Store Dashboard, under Items/Categories (pics below)
Do I need to edit the actual item's prep time? Confused as to why I was originally able to edit/include category availability, now not.
I've combed the forum for similar issues, and have worked through the help topics on this as well, but I cannot seem to come up with a solution. I'm sure there is a good reason for why this is happening...
Could it be a conflicting time with the pickup site for the items? To be specific, I'm trying to let customers pre-order items to be picked up at weekend Farmers' Markets. The pickup times are limited to the hours/days of the markets themselves, but the categories/items I would like limited to anytime up to 24 hours before the market opens.
As I mentioned above, I was quite sure I HAD set this up within the categories when creating them, but then somehow the time-based restrictions "went away" and are no longer available to me to add/edit.
Let me know if I can include any further info, pics, etc...

HI, yes, the Set Availability is still being offered on the Retail Format template of the Online Store. The table of contents within the Online Dashboard did change recently. I understand you sell food and are on the Menu Format template so not sure if it was removed. It should not have been since I know many other food sellers need this option.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
