REPORTING Site Activity, Site Sources DONT WORK AT ALL NO HISTORICAL DATA

Why does all my historical Site Traffic and Site Sources disappear? You’re telling me each month all my historical data is deleted permanently each month ? But then we have the ability to select custom date ranges to “Look back” at historical data that doesn’t even exist, WHY even offer an option to look back at historical data if there isn’t any. This is extremely disappointing and a joke to have the ability to select date ranges but not actually be able to see any data lol this platform makes me want to move my business to Shopify each interaction I have with customer support as no one can ever help me and I get thrown into 50 different directions and no one ever understands what the issue is and tells you oh that doesn’t work you can “Submit a feature request” I’m about to move my business to Shopify or Wordpress this is outrageous and sad and a complete waste of money Reporting is the most important feature for online business and you can’t even do that with your site. 😠
