Problem changing shipping country at checkout

Hi, I was just doing a test for the shipping process and for some reason if I try to select another country as the shipping address, it defaults back to the original country once I go to the next line. It also doesn't update the state options accordingly. Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated!

... nevermind. Just figured out I had to put in a correct phone number in order to get it to work.
