A client brought to my attention that even if we only mark 1 of the items on a multiple item order as ready, the email doesn't let them know only *one* of the items is ready, it just says the order is ready for pickup. Can someone take a look at this?

It may have something to do with there being no email template for this scenario. It looks like the email templates are:
Abandoned Cart
Order Confirmation
Order Prepared
Items Shipped
Items Refunded
Items Cancelled
