New site - multiple issues—items and 404 error

Hello, I am working on a new site. When I preview the site, all links appear to work but no items are showing up. I have gone through all the steps, items are visible, items have correct online store, fulfillment, inventory etc- no changes

When I go to actual site , shop all, shop now and clicking featured items all return a 404 page not found error. I do not get these errors on the preview site (although no items appear on those links with preview site)

Yes, I'm seeing the same 404 error that you're seeing.

First thing I'd try is to unpublish and republish your site.

To unpublish: Dashboard -> Online -> Website -> Site Preferences -> Unpublish.

Give it a few minutes then try republishing your site using the Publish button in the upper right.

Hopefully there was just a linkage issue that this will solve. No, you will not lose any data or configurations you've done to your site.

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend calling into support. They can dig into the back end of your account further than we can in a public forum.
