Online Item with one unpriced (custom) variation not visible anymore online?
For the life of my online store, I've had a specific item with multiple "priced variations" and one "blank price variation" listed online. Historically with Square Online, the ITEM with an unpriced variation would be visible online, but that specific unpriced VARIATION would be hidden (think of an item with standard sizes and the unpriced option would be a custom size). This previously worked wonderfully!
Just recently, I'm receiving an error that the entire item will be unavailable in my online store unless I add prices for every variation. What happened to just hiding the unpriced variation, and what's the logic in this change? Must I create a completely new item for invoices and in-person sales that have a custom priced variation? Any fixes out there?
