My site cannot be googled what am I doing wrong?

Someone please help me understand what I am doing wrong. When I or anyone googles my website it won’t pop up at all. I am aware it’s an index issue but google help doesn’t show how or walk me through what is needed to fix it.

HI, can you please share your business name or link?  Is your online business new?  Have you added the Google Tracking Tools?
