My online store says it's not taking payments

I've published, turned on all the toggles and everything has been completed but when you go to my store it says that we are not currently taking orders. Please help.

Looking at your store and walking through the steps to purchase an item, I am not seeing a banner or message showing that your store is not accepting orders. Is this still an issue? If so, can you provide a screenshot or a specific item affected? Thank you.
