Lost Catagories

Hi, did anyone else lose main catagories during one of the last updates? Is there a way to get square to restore them, should they not be liable for the loss and rebuilding of site, catagories are a big part of my website!! I didn't even realize it until this awful new listings set up, at first I thought it was just one, one of my newest collections so I thought I might have made a mistake but today I just noticed all my main catagories have been deleted and only subcatagories remain! So for months or since they moved catagories (is my guess when it happened) people visiting my website haven't even been able to view half my listings and have been hitting error codes on pages or links to a catagory. Why did they not tell us to at least check to make sure all things moved over smoothy?? This is an expensive service to give me constant problems and the nickle and dime every little service on top of now costing me alot of sales has me hot especially because I pretty much now they say they can't recover but every other host I have checked with does let you recover website and they charge less, I am hoping since this was a system glitch they have a system backup maybe? Now it's right at the holidays and I am stuck building my categories and pages again. You would think they would at least offer free service recovery if not system recovery. Help help help if you can anyone??

Do you have names of specific categories so we can take a deeper look into what might have happened?
