We used to be able to open the order in Orders, click on the Due Date, than edit that date if needed. This happened on 10/10, the same date the print format changed.
We need the ability to edit the date, that option has existed since the transition from Weebly.

Thats interesting you don’t have the ability to edit order times! I am on the latest version of the app and I can tap on the pickup time and adjust as needed.
First thing I’d recommend is that you install any app and operating system updates that may be available. If that doesn’t clear it up, try signing out of your account, restart your device, then sign back in. That will force the app to phone home and get all the current settings.
If those steps don’t work, please reply with what type of device you’re running (phone, iPad, android, terminal, or register) and what app you’re using (standard point of sale, restaurants, retail, etc). There may be a few other things we can check

Thanks... reboot didn't change anything, all apps/OS updates complete... This happens on 2 different laptops, with both Edge and Chrome (cache cleared, etc). Using the standard point of sale, via the web interface. Also do not have the ability in the Android version of the app.
As mentioned, this happen on 10/10, at the same time the print format was changed.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To clarify, are you saying that you were previously able to edit the date on an order after it was processed? Square’s system has never allowed for transaction or order details to be retroactively edited once completed. However, if you have any additional information or specifics, please feel free to share them with us.

Hi.. our orders have a lead time. So if a customer placed an order on, say, 10/1 for pickup on 10/20, anytime between those 2 dates we could always edit the due date to 10/25 or any other date. That is no longer an option on the web interface (see screenshot above).
As mentioned, this changed on 10/9-10/10, so whatever update occurred than caused this.
