The title of this post has been edited from the original: New Store is missing a full category of my products
I'd like to migrate to (publish) the new store, but when I preview it it is missing an entire category. I made the new category and moved some items into it (in my current store) almost 2 weeks ago, but they don't show in the new version. How do I know they will be there if I publish the new store? Who can I talk to about this discrepancy between the current and new store?

There are a few things that will prevent your item from being visible on Square Online - these tips should help get you pointed in the right direction.
One thing I've seen that will prevent items in your Square Item Library from showing up in your Online Store is applying a variable price to an item. Because variable-priced items are currently not supported on the Online Store, you'll see this message at the bottom of your Edit Item screen while editing the item in your Square Item Library:
Another reason items could be missing from your Square Online site is if they are currently listed as Unavailable or Hidden in the Item Library section of your Square Online site. This is what you would see when editing the item within the website editor if your item is not marked as Visible:
If you have multiple locations, you'll want to make sure that the items you want to appear on your Square Online site are made Available at the location synced to your Square Online site. Even if you only have one location, if the item is not Available at your location, you'll see this message when editing your item (you can manage availability by clicking the link to edit the item in your Square Online Overview Page):
This is the message you'll see in your Square Online Dashboard when editing an item:
Within your Square Sync settings, you have the ability to enable or disable the option to Mark newly imported items as “Unavailable” online. If this setting is enabled, your items will not be Visible when you add them to your Item Library:
One more thing you can look into is whether you've set a quantity in the Stock column of the Variations section when editing an item. This can affect whether your item appears on your website:

Hello @kargigogo.
Welcome back to our Seller Community. Perhaps it can be your fulfillment method that needs to be set up for every item to be available. You can make these edits in your Online Square Store by heading over to Item Library > Click on each Item and scroll down to > Fulfillment > All. Here you can also check if they are available.

Ive been waiting almost a year for biz to start up and now that it is my store is broken - each of my 33 items show up as unavailable even though there is inventory ...I tried to reenter inventory , I used the modifier tool ( BLESS YOU FOR DOING THAT _IM SO EXCITED ) which does appear so I know that the site is responsive to change ....I JUST do not understand what has changed to make my site NOT take an order some one PLEASE help.

thank you for helping out Joe ...Had seen that thread before asking for help and did check those points. whats weird is there were NO problems with the way this store was ( has been ) set up for 2 years, and now theres a problem (?). with NO changes until I discovered the problem and I added a modifier ( as a test to see IF the site would respond to a change )

UPDATE: after talking with "BEN" on the help line the problem is resolved. seems (now) the "physical" product is VERY tied into the shipping option and the system requires more info than I had previously had to "provide " in my set up- so on the advice I changed my product types to a "service" and the shipping/conflict issue is resolved. THANK YOU for looking and to Joe & AustinPerez for trying to help
Have you set up your shipping/and or pick up options fully? I had the same issue and someone walked me through fixing it on the phone. We are offering items for pick up for a fundraiser and had the location set up in one place but had not fully set it up as the pick up location in another place. This site is so tricky with things duplicated everywhere.

I tried all of the above tasks and my item still shows in Square Online as "Not Available". However I can go to "Online checkout" to share the link of the same item and purchase can be made that way. Why does the item then show "Online" as "not available"?

Off the top of my head, it sounds like you may have created some Square Online checkout links instead of creating items.

Hi, I had the same "not available" button issue.
But when viewing my site under an "incognito" window or another browser the "Add to cart" shows up just fine. So I assumed that it may be a square security feature for click bots or something like this, since, for testing purposes we perform many page refresh and add to the cart clicks.
Bottom line, try your site on another browser, to see what label the button carries. If it is the "Add to cart", you're good.

This does not help. Can you think of any other reason? I never changed my site, and its never been a problem. What is avaialbe and in stock I am unable to sell because it says unavailable. SOS

Is it me or is this whole new online store with Weebly awful? Editing and adding used to be so simple and streamlined. I'm struggling here. It says items are added to my store but absolutely nothing shows up. Not even all the categories that I've added. Can someone please help? I need to get my store back up and running or I'm going to go out of business due to the COVID-19 Shelter in Place...ugh!

this si so frustrating that when updating under Edit website under online store it shows in my dashboard and in square but actually not online for others to view?
this makes nooooooo sense to me
editing online store directly the website and the website isn’t showing???
