I am becoming increasingly frustrated because the square in person/online integration has messed up my website. Categories at the top of my website on a computer browser when you click on them say "there are no items here for sale." Before the integration there were tons of items listed in those categories. I am not getting any answers from my Square rep, customer service or Weebly support on how long this will be an issue or if they can fix it. This has been going on for a month and the holidays are rapidly approaching. My online sales are down 47%. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello @foundstudios !
First, let me say I have shared your frustration with the integration of the weebly and square libraries. It took a while for me to get my website back to a happy state, and I don't have that many items available!
One thing I did to make things right again was to unpublish my website, wait 5 minutes, then publish it again. That seemed to clear up a lot of the oddities. I don't know if you've tried that or not, but I recommend it if you haven't.
You could also try turning off online visibility on all your items save one, republishing, and seeing if that item is visible on the site again. If so, incrementally add items back until you see a glitch. Then you know if it's an item causing a problem. If not, try creating a new category and moving the item there. Hopefully that would make the item visible. Then it's just the matter of redoing the category assignments for the items.
Yes, it's a lot of work and a bigger pain than we should probably have to deal with, but I am convinced that once the dust settles from the combining of the two libraries we will see a cleaner, more robust system for online sales.
