Is anyone having trouble with Square Online shipping?

I had sales earlier this week, but a customer called today and said they were unable to check out with shipping on our website. 

 

The error message on the customer side is: "There was an error. Please try again."

That message shows on the product page when they try to add to cart.

Also, it looks like they cannot pick up in store either - getting the same message.
