I need to add downloadable files to my existing web page

I have a private page on my website where i have downloadable files related to a false arrest some years ago. I had added some files, back then, but I need to add other files now for attorneys to view, etc, and I can't figure out how to add them again. How do i get into the website to add these files?

You can do this by logging into your Weebly account and then to Edit Site > navigate to the page that you want to add the documents to > drag and drop the "File" element onto the page > upload a file to the element > Publish.
