Fraud Prevention Hold

I sold merchandise on 2/22/2024 and the funds have been on hold since the transaction cleared, I submitted all of the requested information regarding the transaction and I have yet to receive my money and the customer service is so horrible they can only tell me that it is in review and that it normally takes 1-3 business days which clearly we are in the 3rd day and I just learned that the escalation team has not even looked at my information that was submitted.  Now it appears that I am out of my product and out of my money because I cannot get a clear answer from square.  After this is resolved I am going to do away with square because this is horrible.....Please advise

From what i can see, the Account Services team has cleared the information you provided, and the funds are pending to transfer to your linked bank account.
