Feature update request for Shipping/Pickup/Delivery
When the cart pops up on the right side, it says "Order will be shipped" and the customer has to manually click "Change" next to the "Order will be shipped" or under "Fulfillment Method" in order to change it (if purchasing multiple items "Fulfillment Method" disappears and needs to be scrolled to). Many customers fly right by that to "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout"
It would be an easier and less confusing experience if the customer could just select a radio button for shipping, pickup or delivery on the checkout screen.
In the first pic, you see what customers need to do to change from shipping (click on a link and go to a pop up make a new selection).
In the second picture you see how multiple items remove the "Fulfillment Method" from view.
The third, from the Checkout Screen, in my opinion, is a better place to do it. Place radio buttons for Shipping, Pickup and Delivery options (which ever are activated).
The fourth picture is a mock-up of a dialog that would be much easier for customers.

I have been with Square for less than one month, and I have had to walk over 50 customers through how to change it, and refund a lot of shipping charges for those who could not find out where to change it (you even made the link tiny compared to "ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED".
Can you do something about this, or I will be forced to leave square. I am trying to run a business, not educate people on Square and how to fix or work around what was broken from the get go.

Even if you just changed that one spot to say.
"ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED or CLICK HERE for PICKUP"
ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!

I second this, or some form of it. This has been probably the #1 complaint from customers in our online store. Customers have had difficulty finding the "change" link, especially on mobile. It would be even easier if instead of the default fulfillment appearing with that link as in the screenshot below:
it simply substituted the three buttons that appear after you click the link, as below:
Having all three options clearly visible would eliminate a ton of confusion.

Ditto this. since we only do online shopping now due to COVID-19, lots local customers want free pickup. but the checkout process isn't well designed. I got calls/emails from customer almost every day that they got stuck at the checkout page, unable to change to "Pickup". So adding 'change shipping method' at checkout page will be a big help.
