Subcategory Issues

I set up my category (Cards & Stationary) and then added subcategories (Birthday Cards, etc.) and when I preview my store all I can see is the first subcategory in the drop-down menu instead of the main category and I can't see any other subcategories. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. Does anyone have an answer?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

 

If you are referring to Square Online (which I believe you are), you can create subcategories by dragging a category underneath and to the right of another category while building your website. Categories with subcategories have an arrow icon you can click to show and hide the list of subcategories. Is this what you've done for your store? If you've followed those instructions and you're still having difficulties, take a look at this article for some further assistance. 

 

While we do have the option to create subcategories for your Square Online Store, this is not an option for the POS system. Take a look here to monitor that feature request.
