Editing Square's Email Receipts for Online purchases
Yesterday, I had to temporarily close one restaurant location in my online store. I did this by selecting: online>settings>pickup & delivery and then turning off 'accept pickup orders.' When I turned it back on later in the day the receipts that are sent to customers (and to me) changed.
The receipt would have normally said:
"Your order will be ready for pickup
Today after 5:30 pm
Sofi's Crepes
9123 Reisterstown Road
Owings Mills, MD 21117
United States"
The address is the correct store address.
After I turned the pickups back on it now says the same except the store address does not appear and it has been replaced with the City, State, and Zip Code of the Customer. See below:
"Your order will be ready for pickup
Today after 5:30 PM
Sofi's Crepes
Woodstock, MD 21163
United States"
Can anyone help me fix this?

Can you please try to re-save your address information under Business > Locations in your Square Dashboard? If you're continuing to see incorrect address information appear on receipts after re-saving, please get in touch with our Support team directly so we can dig in a bit deeper and get to the root of what's happening.
