Digital Product Customer Facing Email Can't Be Edited?!
I chatted with a support person at Square and they told me I can't edit the contents of the Customer Facing Email where it has the example digital download link. The email copy as it is written says:
Digital Widget
Link can be downloaded 4 times
widgetguide.pdf
The help person said you cannot delete or edit this and the email will go to the customer exactly as is. Why in the world would I want a customer to see some "digital widget" that is A) not what they bought B) not related to anything they bought and is on their purchase receipt email and C) the .pdf file goes nowhere.
Either let us delete this out of the email template so customers don't see it, or let us edit it. Simple. So disappointed in Square.
