Customer invoice paid w/ afterpay but no funds are showing up on my balance. help?

I had a customer pay with afterpay about 5 hours ago and i still do not see a balance increase on my square card. Just to test it, my wife did a test pay for $1.50 and i got it in 5 mins. I cant seem to find a thread with this information because the posts have been removed or im not allowed to look. I need help please.

Hi @DrippyJoey22.  Since you are receiving other payments in a timely manner, it sounds like there might be a problem with that specific payment.  It could be any number of things that can’t be answered here, for privacy and security reasons.  Contact the Square Customer Success Team on the phone.  They’ll be able to pull up that transaction and help you resolve the issue, or at least tell you if something is wrong.

Hello. Did you ever find out what the problem was? I am dealing with that now. I received a payment with Afterpay and no funds showing.
