Sort online items by date added on dashboard.
Can we have an option to sort the online items by date added please?
When I add say 10 items to the POS Items on the dashboard, I then need to edit all these items for online sales to make them available, set fulfilment etc.
Its rather time consuming to figure out which 10 new items I added so I can make the changes for online.
Thanks
D

Actually it looks like you cant even sort by quantity or type? Both these would be very useful too.

Hey @Dirky, thank you for sharing this!
At the moments, all items are sort alphabetically but I can definitely see how sorting my quantity, type or even date added will be useful features to have. I'll be sure to surface this with the appropriate team as well.
If you need to edit items for online sales in particular, there are a few things we can do to make this easier.
First, you can toggle the Mark newly imported items as "Unavailable" online on within your Square Online Overview > Shared Settings > Item Sync. This means all newly added items will be mark as unavailable.
Next, go to Items > Site Items. Here, you'll be able to filter items based on their visibility, sale prices, locations and more. This mean you'll be able to filter and see only Unavailable item which would be your newly imported items.
Once that done, you can check the box at the top next to the Name field in order to edit items in bulk, setting them to Available or even edit the fulfilment method for all items.
Hopefully this will help somewhat!

Hi @tranguyen thanks for that.
I've been trying to do this but the problem is I have a lot of other unavailable items, this is what I do when they go out of stock, so when we get the same back in, we can move it to visible.
So they get buried amongst lots of others.
Thanks

Thanks for letting me know @Dirky! Unfortunately aside from the workaround above, I don't think there's any other alternative right now. You could also add that the stock need to be above a certain number in the filter to make sure that out of stock items won't get pull in?
I'll keep an eye on my end as well to see if the team have any other workarounds they might know of while our Product team work to implement more filtering features for items.
