SOLVED! -Square phone call saved the day this time.
Something has happened with the move of square categories to dashboard from the square online section. A lot of my items from the categories are no longer showing up on our website. For example, online I see 27 items in our autumn section, but on the dashboard it says 84. Only maybe 4 of those items are not available, otherwise they all should be showing up? I looked and this is happening across all the categories---so many items are missing for customers to buy online even though they are available?? Square this is a major issue.
So glad you got the help you needed! Was there anything from the phone call you could share here which might help someone in the future who has the same problem?
