Sub Categories

Hi crew

What's the trick to service sub categories being visible please?

I've set up the parent category but the sub is not appearing when i test it through the online booking system

Hi @ZoeClare ๐Ÿ‘‹ thanks for your post! 

 

  1. From your Square Appointments dashboard, go to Online Booking > Channels.

  2. Under Enable online booking, select Manage > Manage service and category order.

  3. Toggle on Display categories online. If you have multiple locations, select โ€œ...โ€ > Manage service and category next to the locationโ€™s booking site you want to edit.

  4. Drag and drop categories to change the order in which theyโ€™re displayed. Do the same with services to change the order in which theyโ€™re displayed under a category. Note: To edit a category, go to your Square Item Library > Categories.

  5. Select Save.
