Sold an E-gift card and Transfer says pending for a month now?

Hi My coworker sold a E-gift card for $350 and it says Transfer Pending. Customers payment went thru on her credit card but I haven't received my money in the account and not showing up in my Square account.  Under transfers in Square just says pending for a month now. all other transactions no issues. This is my first e-gift card sold.

That sounds highly suspicious. Have you reached out to support to see if they can investigate?

E-cards are ripe for fraud and I highly suggest not taking large E-Gift Card amounts without verifying coldholder identity and information. Has the card already been used? Unfortunately often scammers will buy an e-gift card and then use it immediately before the bank reverses the transaction and you're out the $350 and the products they spent it on.
