Looking for a way to add a subtitle to our item pages

We are selling retail items with details that we do not want to put in the title nor the description. We'd like to have our title "Blank Vitamin 50 mg" with a subtitle under it that says "XX Capsules". When items have variations (i.e., two sizes), this isn't necessary as customers can just select the size in the dropdown that is automatically created. However, some items only come in one size, but we want to identify this size. Any help would be great!

Are you interested in using the description to complete this? Or would you want a separate line item for that subtitle?

We would like a separate line for the subtitle. The description unfortunately isn’t the right solution for our issue. Thanks!
