Does anyone else have problems with there payment gateway?
I keep getting customers contacting me saying they can not complete their orders. Anyone else or is it just my site?

The customers that contact me all say the same thing that it will not complete the sale. Square says everything is fine and working. I have decided to move my site to wixs to solve my problem.

I actually had a customer contact me this week with a payment issue online as well.
I know they were attempting to check out on the 16th but said, "I tried ordering online yesterday but it wasn't processing the payment." I didn't get any more info than that but could try to follow up?

Please let me know if you find any details from your Customer or if this event happens again.
Things to ask are:
Where did they access the website from(Mobile or Computer)
Which web browser they used (Chrome, Safari, etc)
Which item or items they tried purchasing
What type of payment method they were trying to use to complete the order
What was the error they saw at the time of checkout?
This information would be very helpful along with the date the event occurred and the amount of purchase.
