Welcome to the Community. I wanted to check in to see if you're still seeing this issue with your payment gateway.
If so, are you receiving an error message when it's trying be used? Or is it something else?

Yes it is working now; but it happens too often. And there is no way to know if it is not working unless a customer tells me.

Sorry to hear that this problem came back, @Datacell.
I am not seeing anything to indicate why your customers are running into this issue whenever they are checking out.
