embedded sign up form to collect email subscriptions for marketing campaigns

Hello and thank you for your attention and help.

I would like to be able to collect email addresses at the landing page of my online store. All the information I can find so far is collecting this at check out (ie, customers only).

Is there a way I can set up a "Subscribe to our email list" at the landing page for shop visitors? I can see this can be done according to the Square online you tube video but I can't see this in my dashboard.

Has this feature been removed (in Australia). ?

I have created a QR code but cannot figure out how I can apply to this to the online store.

Hi @Aylasdoggies !

If you are wanting to collect emails on your landing page, my advice would be to do a pop up for email collection! This is defintely something that is available in Australia.

To add a pop-up to your Square Online site:

  1. In your Square Online overview page, go to Communications > Pop-ups.

  2. Choose your pop-up type and select the button to open the pop-up editor. You can customise the pop-up’s style and content, as well as edit settings such as display frequency or scheduling.

  3. Build and customise your pop-up and select Publish to see your changes live. Publishing your pop-up will also publish your website.

Here is a Support Article as well that details how to set up a pop up for email collection.

I hope this helps!
